Who we are
Skylab Studio LLC ("Skylab," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at skylab.us (the "Site"). Questions? Email hello@skylab.us.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, company, project details, and any message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, time on site, and similar usage data — collected via Google Analytics 4.

How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide our services.
- To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- To send occasional updates (only if you've asked us to).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the third-party services that help us run the studio:
- Google Analytics — usage analytics. We have Google signals enabled, which means Google may associate your visit with aggregated demographics and interests data from your Google account (only if you're signed in to Google and have Ads Personalization turned on). We never see this tied to you individually — only as aggregated audience reports.
- Email and hosting providers — to deliver and store messages.
- Legal authorities — only if required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR for the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA for California, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct or delete that data.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Opt out of analytics cookies at any time.
- Control Google's ads personalization via Google Ad Settings, and view or delete data Google holds via My Activity.
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as a working relationship is reasonably possible (typically 24 months), then delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google's defaults (14 months).
Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
